October 26, 2018

Jeff Schram was recognized on Monday, October 8 for 40 years of service at DGR Engineering. Jeff began his career in July of 1978 as a technician in the Communications Department of DeWild Grant Reckert & Associates Co., which was then located at 106 N. Boone in Rock Rapids. He is now a technician in the Electrical Power Department.

Jeff witnessed many changes over the years, including the advancement from hand drafting to CAD (Computer Aided Design). Plans that previously took days to create can now be designed in minutes. Jeff said his favorite part of the job is working on substation design.
