DGR Engineering is proud to announce recent recognition with three distinguished awards, underscoring the firm’s continued commitment to excellence in the consulting engineering industry and positive workplace culture.

For the twelfth consecutive year, DGR Engineering has been named to PSMJ Resources, Inc.’s “Circle of Excellence”, a designation awarded to only 65 architecture and engineering firms nationwide that demonstrate outstanding performance in key business metrics. Of the 313 firms participating this year, only 20 percent qualified for the Circle of Excellence. DGR Engineering has earned this honor annually since 2014.

In addition, the firm has received the Platinum Award from PSMJ, recognizing firms that have achieved Circle of Excellence status in at least four of the past five years. DGR Engineering is one of just 27 firms to receive this elite distinction in 2025.

DGR Engineering has also been named a Top Workplace by Iowa Top Workplaces, The Des Moines Register and Great Plains Top Workplaces, an honor it has received annually since 2018. This recognition is based entirely on employee feedback collected through an anonymous third-party survey conducted by Energage, LLC. The survey measures critical cultural drivers including alignment, execution, and connection.
