The project included design and construction administration services for a new 115-12.47 kV substation that was integrated into the City’s existing 115 kV transmission loop and 12.47 kV underground distribution system. DGR Engineering was responsible for all portions of the project, from site layout planning and major material procurement to final checkout of the protection and controls.
Design of the substation required adherence to WAPA’s 115 kV relaying and protection standards and compliance with FAA siting rules as the site was located nearby the end of an existing airport runway.

Pump Station & Storage Reservoirs
The new Edgerton Pump Station (EPS) was constructed to facilitate bringing purchased water from Lewis & Clark Regional Water System (L&C) to the LPRW system.
Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation
DGR Engineering has experience in sanitary sewer rehabilitation including: CIPP sewer main lining, service line grouting or lining (top hat), structure rehabilitation, and other related techniques.
