As one of our many valued on-going client relationships, CLFP requested that DGR design a substation site with dual Owners, (CLFP and WAPA). DGR’s team of electrical engineers provided the new substation design while the civil design team completed the grading, surfacing and drainage plan which included a triple barrel 16’ x 5’ box culvert to protect the access to this critical electrical resource.
